CORROSION PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion prevention structure of a steel pipe sheet pile, which eliminates an inclination of an anti-corrosion metal thin plate at a fastening fixed portion of a corrosion prevention cover when preventing the corrosion of the steel pipe sheet pile by double-layer coating corrosion prevention, secures the tightness of the corrosion prevention cover, and can surely exhibit corrosion prevention performance.SOLUTION: The corrosion prevention structure of a steel pipe sheet pile has: a flat part 32 which is formed at a peripheral edge of a body part 31 of an anti-corrosive metal thin plate 3; a fixed plate 41 which is arranged along a rear surface side of the flat part 32, and fixed to a steel pipe sheet pile 1; extension parts of an anti-corrosion layer 21 and of a cushion layer 22 that are laminated between the fixed plate 41 and the flat part 32; a pressing plate 43 which is arranged along a surface of the flat part 32, and extends up to a boundary portion between the flat part 32 and the body part 31; stud bolts 44 which fasten a clearance from the pressing plate 43 up to the fixed plate 41; and a block 46 which is arranged at a side opposite to the body part 11 with the stud bolts 44 interposed between them, and functions as a spacer for restricting the coming of the pressing plate 43 and the fixed plate 41 close to each other.
【課題】鋼管矢板を複層被覆防食で防食する際、防食カバーの締め付け固定部分での耐食性金属薄板の傾きを解消し、防食カバーの密着性を確保して確実に防食性能を発揮できる鋼管矢板の防食構造を提供する。【解決手段】耐食性金属薄板3の本体部31の辺縁に形成された平坦部32と、平坦部32の裏面側に沿って配置されて鋼管矢板1に固定された固定板41と、固定板41と平坦部32との間に積層された防食層21およびクッション層22の延長部分と、平坦部32の表面に沿って配置されかつ平坦部32と本体部31との境界部分まで延びる押圧板43と、押圧板43から固定板41までを締め付けるスタッドボルト44と、スタッドボルト44を挟んで本体部11と反対側に設置されて押圧板43と固定板41との近接を規制するスペーサとしてのブロック46とを有する。【選択図】図2
