STEAM THAWING APPARATUS AND PUMP DRIVING CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a steam thawing apparatus and a pump driving controlling method thereof. The steam thawing apparatus comprises: a steam heating element which generates steam by heating water supplied through a water supply pipe; a pump which makes water enter the water supply pipe; a water sensor which detects the water in the water supply pipe; a remaining water removing switch which orders to remove remaining water in the water supply pipe according to manual control; a steam generating switch which orders the generation of steam according to manual control; a display unit which displays abnormal conditions of water supply and displays the existence of supplying water or remaining water; and a control unit which operates the pump by reflecting the supply of water checked by the water sensor in the case of managing steam generation using the steam heating element by the order of the steam generating switch, and operates the pump by reflecting the remaining water checked by the water sensor in the case of removing the remaining water by the order of the remaining water removing switch. Therefore, the steam thawing apparatus manages steam generation by operating the pump by reflecting the supply of water to the steam heating element, removes the remaining water by operating the pump by reflecting the existence of the remaining water, in order to prevent damage to the pump due to continuous pump operation during the stoppage of water supply and to reliably prevent freezing and bursting due to the remaining water in winter.
본 발명은 스팀해빙기 및 그것의 펌프 구동 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 물공급관을 통해 공급되는 물을 가열하여 스팀을 발생하는 스팀 발열체와; 상기 물공급관으로 물을 유입시키는 펌프와; 물공급관에 있는 물을 검출하는 물 감지 센서와; 수동 조작에 따라 물공급관의 잔수 제거를 지시하는 잔수 제거 스위치와; 수동 조작에 따라 스팀 발생을 지시하는 스팀 발생 스위치와; 급수 이상 상태를 표시함과 아울러 공급수 또는 잔수의 유무를 표시하는 표시부와; 상기 스팀 발생 스위치로부터의 지시에 따라 스팀 발열체에 의한 스팀 발생을 관할하는 경우에 상기 물 감지 센서를 통해 확인한 물공급 여부를 반영하여 펌프를 구동하고, 상기 잔수 제거 스위치로부터의 지시에 따라 잔수를 제거하는 경우에 상기 물 감지 센서를 통해 확인한 잔수 존재 여부를 반영하여 펌프를 구동하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀해빙기를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 스팀 발열체로의 물공급 여부를 반영하여 펌프를 구동하여서 스팀 발생을 관할함과 아울러 잔수 존재 여부를 반영하여 펌프를 구동하여서 잔수를 제거함으로써, 물공급 중단시에 계속적인 펌프 구동에 기인한 펌프의 소손을 방지하고, 겨울철에 잔수에 기인한 동파를 신뢰성 있게 방지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a steam thawing apparatus and a pump driving controlling method thereof. The steam thawing apparatus comprises: a steam heating element which generates steam by heating water supplied through a water supply pipe; a pump which makes water enter the water supply pipe; a water sensor which detects the water in the water supply pipe; a remaining water removing switch which orders to remove remaining water in the water supply pipe according to manual control; a steam generating switch which orders the generation of steam according to manual control; a display unit which displays abnormal conditions of water supply and displays the existence of supplying water or remaining water; and a control unit which operates the pump by reflecting the supply of water checked by the water sensor in the case of managing steam generation using the steam heating element by the order of the steam generating switch, and operates the pump by reflecting the remaining water checked by the water sensor in the case of removing the remaining water by the order of the remaining water removing switch. Therefore, the steam thawing apparatus manages steam generation by operating the pump by reflecting the supply of water to the steam heating element, removes the remaining water by operating the pump by reflecting the existence of the remaining water, in order to prevent damage to the pump due to continuous pump operation during the stoppage of water supply and to reliably prevent freezing and bursting due to the remaining water in winter.
본 발명은 스팀해빙기 및 그것의 펌프 구동 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 물공급관을 통해 공급되는 물을 가열하여 스팀을 발생하는 스팀 발열체와; 상기 물공급관으로 물을 유입시키는 펌프와; 물공급관에 있는 물을 검출하는 물 감지 센서와; 수동 조작에 따라 물공급관의 잔수 제거를 지시하는 잔수 제거 스위치와; 수동 조작에 따라 스팀 발생을 지시하는 스팀 발생 스위치와; 급수 이상 상태를 표시함과 아울러 공급수 또는 잔수의 유무를 표시하는 표시부와; 상기 스팀 발생 스위치로부터의 지시에 따라 스팀 발열체에 의한 스팀 발생을 관할하는 경우에 상기 물 감지 센서를 통해 확인한 물공급 여부를 반영하여 펌프를 구동하고, 상기 잔수 제거 스위치로부터의 지시에 따라 잔수를 제거하는 경우에 상기 물 감지 센서를 통해 확인한 잔수 존재 여부를 반영하여 펌프를 구동하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀해빙기를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 스팀 발열체로의 물공급 여부를 반영하여 펌프를 구동하여서 스팀 발생을 관할함과 아울러 잔수 존재 여부를 반영하여 펌프를 구동하여서 잔수를 제거함으로써, 물공급 중단시에 계속적인 펌프 구동에 기인한 펌프의 소손을 방지하고, 겨울철에 잔수에 기인한 동파를 신뢰성 있게 방지할 수 있다.
