SCREW FIXING NAIL AND DECK PLATE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING IT
The present invention provides a screw fixing ring and a construction method of a deck plate using the same. The present invention prevents a screw fastened to a deck plate from being easily separated and prevents a fixed portion of the installed deck plate from being damaged. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the screw fixing ring used for fixing the deck plate with the screw comprises: a planar grounding plate having a predetermined thickness; a plurality of press-fit pins arranged at constant intervals in a circumference of the grounding plate to vertically stand toward the lower side; and a circular boss where a screw insertion hole is formed in the center of the grounding plate and extended and protruding toward the lower side.
본 발명은 데크 플레이트에 체결된 나사못이 쉽게 빠지지 않도록 함과 동시에 설치된 데크 플레이트의 고정부위가 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 나사못 고정링 및 이를 적용한 데크 플레이트의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 나사못 고정링은, 데크 플레이트를 나사못으로 고정하는데 사용되는 나사못 고정링에 있어서, 일정한 두께를 갖는 판상형의 접지판, 접지판의 둘레에 일정 간격을 가지고 배치되어 하방으로 수직되게 입설되어 있는 다수개의 압입핀, 접지판의 중앙에 나사삽입구멍을 가지고 하방으로 연장 돌출되어 있는 원형 보스를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
