PERMEABLE GRATING USING DISUSE CERAMIC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a permeable grating using waste ceramic, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention comprises: a frame; a partition installed in an inner space of the frame; and a permeable waste ceramic composite filled in the inner space of the frame. The permeable waste ceramic composite is composed of 90-94 wt% of the polished waste ceramic; 4-9 wt% of an epoxy resin; and 1-2 wt% of a curing agent. The waste ceramic is filled in the inner space of the grating in order to completely prevent foreign substances from being introduced, and the present invention has excellent permeability to enable rainwater to smoothly pass through the waste ceramic. Moreover, the present invention does not require an additional reinforcement as the present invention has excellent strength.
