TEMPORARY BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING CONTAINER BOX
The present invention relates to a temporary building construction method using a container box, comprising the steps of: forming frames of a roof and an external wall of a house by arranging and installing several reinforcing frames on a basic frame; installing insulating boards inside the basic frame and the reinforcing frame prepared on the roof and the external wall of the house; arranging and installing several reinforcing frames on the basic frame; insulating the insulating boards inside the basic frame and the reinforcing frame; fixing insulators with fixing pins by sticking the insulators to external surfaces of the insulating boards; attaching nets as external surfaces of the insulators by applying an adhesive material; and attaching finishing materials as external surfaces of the nets by applying the adhesive material. As stated above, the present invention provides a process of arranging and installing several reinforcing frames in the basic metal panel of a container and then installing the insulating boards, the insulators, the nets, and the finishing materials in order, so a worker can simply install a temporary building for providing excellent insulation and soundproof effects to increase indoor thermal efficiency. In addition to this, insulators such as Isopink, Styrofoam, and the like, manufactured in various thicknesses, sizes, and densities can be selectively used according to the requirements of the container house construction.
본 발명은 컨테이너를 이용한 가설건물시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 기초프레임에 다수개 보강프레임이 배열설치하여 지붕 및 하우스 외벽의 프레임을 형성하는 단계; 상기 지붕 및 하우스 외벽에 마련된 기초프레임 및 보강프레임 내측으로 단열판을 설치하는 단계; 기초프레임에 다수개 보강프레임이 배열설치하는 단계; 상기 기초프레임 및 보강프레임 내측으로 단열판을 설치하는 단계; 상기 단열판 외면으로 단열재를 밀착하여 고정핀으로 고정하는 단계; 상기 단열재 외면으로 접착제를 도포하여 망체를 부착하는 단계; 상기 망체 외면으로 접착제를 도포하여 마감재를 부착하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명은 컨테이너의 철재 기초 패널에 보강프레임을 다수개 배열설치한 다음, 단열판, 단열재, 망체, 마감재를 순서대로 설치하는 공정을 제공함으로써, 작업자가 간단히 설치할 수 있음은 물론, 단열 및 방음효과가 뛰어난 구조를 제공하여 실내 열효율을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 다양한 두께와 사이즈 및 밀도에 따라 제작되는 아이소 핑크, 스치로폴 등과 같은 것을 단열재를 컨테이너 하우스 형성 요건에 따라 선택하여 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
