Disclosed is a ground compacting device. The ground compacting device in accordance to the present invention is to compact the ground by being mounted on a hydraulic breaker mounted on a boom of an excavator. The ground compacting device is composed of a chisel fixing unit wherein an end of a chisel of the hydraulic breaker is joined by being forcibly press-fitted; a rotary plate adhering to a central part of an underside of the chisel fixing unit; a compacting plate welded to a rotary plate and compacting the ground by being adhered to the underside of the chisel fixing unit; a coupling device composed of a bolt coupled by penetrating through the compacting plate, the rotary plate, the chisel fixing unit, and a nut coupled to an upper part of the bolt; and a reinforcing plate of which a lower part is welded to a top surface of the compacting plate, and one lateral surface welded to the outer circumference of the chisel fixing unit. According to the present invention, a time required for replacing is remarkably reduced by mounting the ground compacting device on a front end of the chisel of the hydraulic breaker mounted on the excavator through a relatively simple process. Additionally, manufacturing costs is reduced as a configuration of the ground compacting device is simple; and the effects of reducing maintenance costs and improving work efficiency are obtained.
땅 다짐장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 땅 다짐장치는, 굴삭기의 붐에 장착되는 유압브레이커에 장착되어 땅을 다지도록 한 것으로, 유압브레이커의 치즐의 끝단이 강제압입에 의해 결합되는 치즐고정부; 치즐고정부의 하면 중앙부에 밀착되는 회전판; 회전판에 용접되며 치즐고정부의 하면에 밀착되어 지면을 다지는 다짐판; 다짐판, 회전판, 치즐고정부를 관통하여 결합되는 볼트와 상기 볼트의 상단에 체결되는 너트로 구성된 체결장치; 하부가 상기 다짐판의 상면에 용접되고, 일측면이 상기 치즐고정부의 외주면에 용접되는 보강판;을 포함하여 이루어진다. 이에 따르면 굴삭기에 장착된 유압브레이커의 치즐 선단에 비교적 간결한 작업으로 장착되도록 하여 교체 시간을 월등히 절감할 수 있고, 아울러 구성이 간결하여 제작 비용이 절감될 수 있도록 함으로써 유지비용의 절감과 작업 효율의 증가를 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
