The present invention relates to a ground compacting device. According to the present invention, the ground compacting device included in a boom of an excavator and mounted on a hydraulic breaker including a chisel to compact a ground. The ground compacting device comprises: a chisel fixing part; a compacting plate; a plurality of reinforcing plates; and a coupling device. The chisel fixing part with a rectangular shape has a coupling hole formed on the center in a longitudinal direction to allow a lower part of the chisel to be coupled thereto. The chisel has a rectangular section and has a through hole formed on a lateral surface in a transverse direction. The compacting plate is coupled to a lower part of the chisel fixing part to compact the ground. Each reinforcing plate has a lower part welded to an upper surface of the compacting plate and one side surface welded to an outer circumferential surface of the chisel fixing part. The coupling device includes a bolt and a nut. The bolt passes through the through hole of the chisel and the coupling hole of the chisel fixing part to be fastened, and the nut is coupled to one end of the bolt. According to the present invention, the ground compacting device is mounted on a front end of the chisel of the hydraulic breaker mounted on the excavator through a comparatively simple work, thereby remarkably reducing the time taken for replacement. Moreover, the ground compacting device has a simple structure to reduce manufacturing costs, thereby reducing maintenance costs and increasing work efficiency.
본 발명은 지면 다짐장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지면 다짐장치는, 굴삭기의 붐에 구비되며 치즐이 포함된 유압브레이커에 장착되어 지면을 다지도록 한 것으로, 상기 치즐은 단면이 사각형으로 형성되고 측면에 가로방향으로 통공이 형성되며, 상기 치즐의 하부가 결합되도록 사각형으로 된 결합공이 중앙에 세로방향으로 형성되고, 측면에는 가로방향으로 체결공이 형성되어 원통형상으로 된 치즐고정부; 상기 치즐고정부의 하부에 결합되며 지면을 다지는 다짐판; 하부가 상기 다짐판의 상면에 용접되고, 일측면이 상기 치즐고정부의 외주면에 용접되는 다수의 보강판; 상기 치즐의 통공과 치즐고정부의 체결공을 관통하여 결합되는 볼트와, 상기 볼트의 일단에 결합되는 너트로 구성된 체결장치;를 포함한다. 이에 따르면 굴삭기에 장착된 유압브레이커의 치즐 선단에 비교적 간결한 작업으로 장착되도록 하여 교체 시간을 월등히 절감할 수 있고, 아울러 구성이 간결하여 제작 비용이 절감될 수 있도록 함으로써 유지비용의 절감과 작업 효율의 증가를 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a ground compacting device. According to the present invention, the ground compacting device included in a boom of an excavator and mounted on a hydraulic breaker including a chisel to compact a ground. The ground compacting device comprises: a chisel fixing part; a compacting plate; a plurality of reinforcing plates; and a coupling device. The chisel fixing part with a rectangular shape has a coupling hole formed on the center in a longitudinal direction to allow a lower part of the chisel to be coupled thereto. The compacting plate is coupled to a lower part of the chisel fixing part to compact the ground.
