WORKING PLATE OF EXCAVATOR'S SHOVEL BUCKET
The present invention relates to a working plate for a shovel bucket of an excavator, and more specifically, to a working plate for a shovel bucket of an excavator, having a structure detachably mounted on a shank included in the front side of the shovel bucket of the excavator and allowing an installation interval of the working plate used to even the ground to be simply adjusted to be suitable for the shank of the bucket, thereby achieving a wide use. To achieve this, the working plate having the structure detachably mounted on the shank (11) included in the front side of the bucket (10) of the excavator and used to even the ground comprises: a plurality of flat plates (110); and a coupling socket (120). The flat plates (110) are manufactured with a plate-shape and have coupling protrusions (111) and coupling grooves (112) selectively formed on one lateral surface or both lateral surfaces. The coupling socket (120) is formed on the rear side of the flat plate (110) and includes a coupling socket (120) allowing the shank (11) to be inserted to be fixated. In a state where the flat plates (110) are aligned in one line, the coupling protrusions (111) are inserted into the coupling grooves (112) to be coupled, the installation interval of the coupling socket (120) to be installed on the shank (11) is freely adjusted by arbitrarily adjusting the lengths of parts of the coupling protrusions (111), inserted into the coupling grooves (112).
본 발명은 굴삭기의 버킷용 작업판에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 굴삭기의 버킷 전방에 구비된 생크(shank)에 탈착되는 구조로 지면을 평탄하게 고르는 용도의 작업판을 서로 다른 규격을 갖는 버킷의 생크에 맞게 설치 간격을 간편하게 조절하여 범용적으로 사용되게 하기 위한 굴삭기의 버킷용 작업판에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 해결하기 위해 본 발명은; 굴삭기의 버킷(10) 전방에 구비된 생크(11)에 탈착되는 구조로 지면을 평탄하게 고르는 용도의 작업판에 관한 것으로서, 판 형태로 제작되며, 일 측면 또는 양 측면에 체결돌기(111) 및 체결홈(112)이 선택적 형성된 다수의 평판(110)과; 상기 평판(110)의 후방에 형성되며, 상기 생크(11)가 끼워져 고정되는 결합소켓(120)을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 다수의 평판(110)이 일렬로 정렬된 상태에서 대향 측 체결돌기(111)와 체결홈(112)이 상호 끼워져 각각 결합되면, 상기 체결돌기(111)가 체결홈(112)에 끼워지는 길이를 임의 조절하는 작용으로 상기 생크(11)에 결합소켓(120)이 설치되는 간격을 자유 조정하는 구조를 갖는다.
