RETAINING NATURE-ROCK WALL AND BUILDING METHOD THEREOF
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a back-stone fixing-type reinforcing stone wall structure and a constructing method thereof capable of building an eco-friendly reinforcing stone wall structure, which is an eco-friendly structure, having appearance closed to natural stone. To achieve the same, the constructing method of the back-stone fixing-type reinforcing stone wall structure includes a first step (S100) of placing base concrete on the ground where a predetermined number of first decorative stone pieces and a predetermined number of vertical objects covered by first drain pipes to allow the lower parts of the first decorative stone pieces and the vertical objects to be buried in the base concrete; a second step (S200) of placing a predetermined number of drains, connecting first set anchors installed in the rear surfaces of the first decorative stone pieces and the vertical objects with first steel reinforcements, placing second drain pipes to be stood in order to guide the lower parts of the second drain pipes to the drains, and filling first soil in the rear side of the first decorative stone pieces and compacting the first soil; a third step (S300) of joining portions where the lower parts of second decorative stone pieces and the upper parts of the first decorative stone pieces are overlapped on the top surface of the first soil layer, connecting second set anchors installed in the rear surfaces of the second decorative stone pieces and the vertical objects with second steel reinforcements, and partly filling second soil in the rear side of the second decorative stone pieces and compacting the second soil; and a fourth step (S400) of laying and placing a predetermined number of third drain pipes on the top surface of the second soil layer across the first drain pipes and filing third soil on the top of the second soil layer and compacting the third soil.
본 발명은 주변 환경과 조화를 이룰 수 있는 친환경 구조로서 자연석에 가까운 외관을 구비하여 친환경적인 석축 구조물을 축조할 수 있도록 하는 뒷돌 고정식 석축 구조물 및 그 시공 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명에 따른 뒷돌 고정식 석축 구조물의 시공 방법은, 일정 개수의 제 1 장식석과 제 1 배수관으로 둘러싸인 일정 개수의 수직 정착물이 놓일 지반에 기초 콘크리트를 타설하되 일정 개수의 상기 제 1 장식석 및 일정 개수의 상기 수직 정착물의 하부가 상기 기초 콘크리트에 매입되도록 하는 제 1 단계(S100)와, 상기 기초 콘크리트의 상에 일정 개수의 배수로를 거치시키고, 상기 제 1 장식석의 후면에 설치된 제 1 세트 앵커와 상기 수직 정착물 사이를 제 1 철근으로 연결하며, 복수의 제 2 배수관의 하부가 상기 배수로에 안내되도록 상기 제 2 배수관을 세워서 거치시키고, 제 1 토사로 상기 제 1 장식석의 후방을 채워 다지는 제 2 단계(S200)와, 상기 제 1 토사 상면에 일정 개수의 제 2 장식석의 하부 및 일정 개수의 상기 제 1 장식석의 상부가 각각 겹치는 부위를 결합하고, 상기 제 2 장식석의 후면에 설치된 제 2 세트 앵커와 상기 수직 정착물 사이를 제 2 철근으로 연결하며, 제 2 토사로 상기 제 2 장식석의 후방의 일부를 채워 다지는 제 3 단계(S300)와, 상기 제 2 토사 상면에 일정 개수의 제 3 배수관이 상기 제 1 배수관과 십자(+)로 교차하여 연결되도록 뉘여서 거치시키고, 상기 제 2 토사의 상부를 제 3 토사로 채워 다지는 제 4 단계(S400)를 포함한다.
