ROAD DECKING PANEL HAVING CONCRETE CRACK PROTECTION AND MANUFACTURE CONVENIENCE
The present invention provides a road decking panel, which integrates concrete with steel bars crossing each other and bent steel bars vertically bent to prevent a crack in a concrete layer and is easily and conveniently manufactured by using upper and lower reinforcing frame bodies having a symmetric structure. The road decking panel according to an appropriate embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pair of the upper and the lower reinforcing frame bodies having a pair of end plates arranged to face each other and a pair of side plates having one ends adhering to one ends of the end plates and the other ends adhering to the other ends of the end plates respectively and arranged to face each other; a plurality of upper and lower long steel bars having both ends bent to adhere to the pair of the end plates and arranged in the lateral direction of the road decking panel; a plurality of lower bent steel bars vertically bent several times at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the road decking panel, making both ends adhere to the pair of the end plates, and installed in the lower reinforcing frame body to be in parallel with the lower long steel bars in a lateral direction; a plurality of second cross reinforcing steel bars arranged in a direction perpendicular to the lower long steel bars to touch alternately the highest edge and the lowest edge; and a concrete layer filling and curing concrete between the pair of the upper and the lower reinforcing frame bodies to lay the upper and the lower long steel bars, the upper and the lower bent steel bars and the first and the second cross reinforcing steel bars therein.
본 발명은 직교 되는 철근과 상하로 절곡되어 있는 절곡근에 콘크리트가 합성되어져 콘크리트 층의 균열을 방지하고, 대칭적 구조를 갖는 상,하부 보강틀체를 이용하여 제작이 용이 간편한 복공판을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 복공판은, 대치 배치된 한 쌍의 단부판, 양단이 한 쌍의 단부판의 일단에 접합되고 타단이 한 쌍의 단부판의 타단에 각기 접합되어 있는 한 쌍의 측판을 각기 갖고 서로 대향되게 마주보도록 배치된 한 쌍의 상,하부 보강틀체와; 양단이 절곡되어 한 쌍의 단부판에 각기 접합되며 복공판의 너비 방향으로 다수개 배치되어 있는 상,하부 장철근과; 복공판의 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격마다 수회 상하로 절곡되어 양단이 한 쌍의 단부판에 각기 접합되어 너비 방향으로 상기 하부 장철근과 나란하도록 하부 보강틀체에 다수개 설치되어 있는 하부 절곡근과; 상기 하부 장철근과 직각 방향으로 배치되어 상기 하부 절곡근의 최상연측과 최하연측에 번갈아가면서 접하여 다수개로 배치된 제2 크로스 보강근과; 한 쌍의 상,하부 보강틀체의 사이에 콘크리트로 충진 양생되어 상,하부 장철근, 상,하부 절곡근 및 제1,제2 크로스 보강근을 매설하는 콘크리트 층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
