MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIGHT WEIGHT AGGREGATE USING BOTTOM ASH AND LIGHT WEIGHT AGGREGATE, CONSTRUCTION CONCRETE AND MORTAR MATERIALS MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
A method for manufacturing a light weight aggregate using bottom ash according to the present invention comprises the following steps: inputting a raw material formed by pure bottom ash into a furnace which is long in the longitudinal direction, and has a plasticizing space inside; rotating the furnace, and heating the raw material while moving the same from one end to the other end; transferring the raw material heated by the furnace to a cooling device; cooling the raw material by the cooling device; and post-treating the raw material cooled by the cooling device. Provided is the method for manufacturing a light weight aggregate for recycling bottom ash without an additional pretreatment process and mixing of other materials by using pure bottom ash as a raw material.
본 발명에 따른 저회를 이용한 경량골재 제조방법은, 길이 방향으로 길게 형성되며, 내부에 소성공간이 형성된 소성로에 순수 저회로 구성된 원재료를 투입하는 단계, 상기 소성로를 회전시키고, 상기 원재료를 상기 소성공간의 일단부에서 타단부로 이동시키며 가열하는 단계, 상기 소성로에 의해 가열된 원재료를 냉각장치로 이송시키는 단계, 상기 냉각장치로 상기 원재료를 냉각시키는 단계 및 상기 냉각장치에 의해 냉각된 원재료를 후처리하는 단계를 포함한다.
