MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF LIGHT WEIGHT AGGREGATE USING BOTTOM ASH
A system for manufacturing a lightweight aggregate using bottom ash according to the present invention comprises: a furnace which has a long shape in the longitudinal direction, and includes a plasticizing space inside to heat a raw material composed of pure bottom ash, while moving the same from one end to the other end of the plasticizing space; a plasticizing device including a rotating unit rotating the furnace in any one direction; a cooling device receiving and cooling the raw material discharged from the furnace; and a post-treatment device post-treating the raw material cooled by the cooling device. Provided is the system for manufacturing a lightweight aggregate for recycling bottom ash without an additional pretreatment process and mixing of other materials by using pure bottom ash as a raw material, for removing problems of an existing technique.
본 발명에 따른 저회를 이용한 경량골재 제조시스템은, 길이 방향으로 길게 형성되며, 내부에 소성공간이 형성되어, 순수 저회로 구성된 원재료를 상기 소성공간의 일단부에서 타단부로 이동시키며 가열하는 소성로와, 상기 소성로를 어느 일 방향으로 회전시키는 회전유닛을 포함하는 소성장치, 상기 소성로로부터 배출된 원재료를 전달받아 냉각시키는 냉각장치 및 상기 냉각장치에 의해 냉각된 원재료를 후처리하는 후처리장치를 포함한다.
