The present invention relates to a stripping deck having a spacer unit, wherein the deck is constituted of a floor plate made of a metal steel sheet, and a truss girder. According to the present invention, a lower end surface is coupled to the floor plate and an upper end surface is coupled to the truss girder, so the truss girder is formed to be spaced apart at a predetermined distance from the floor plate in order to allow the floor plate to be removed after placement and curing of concrete. According to the present invention, the stripping deck comprises: a supporting member, which is formed as a metal board folded in a lengthwise direction such that a lower chord material of the stripping deck is able to be placed by welding; and a coupling material, constituted of a synthetic resin such that the opposite end parts of the supporting member is able to be embedded and fixed, wherein the supporting member is formed with two placing units in which two portions are folded and protrude upward, and includes the spacer unit in which two portions are secured with the lower chord material. According to the present invention, a fixing member is coupled to be fixed with the coupling material through the floor plate and the supporting member so that the binding force among the floor plate, the coupling material, and the supporting member is increased, and stability is improved.
본 발명은 금속 강판의 바닥판과 트러스거더를 포함하여 구성되는 데크에 있어서, 하단면은 바닥판과 결합하고, 상단면은 트러스거더와 결합되어, 트러스거더를 바닥판으로부터 소정의 거리로 이격시켜, 콘크리트 타설/양생 이후에 바닥판을 제거할 수 있도록하는 스페이서 유닛을 구비한 탈형데크에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 탈형데크의 하현재가 용접되어 안착되도록, 절첩된 종방향의 금속 판재로 형성되는 지지부재와; 상기 지지부재 양측에, 상기 지지부재의 양단 하부가 매립되어 고정되도록 합성수지로 형성되는 결합재를 포함하여 구성되고: 상기 지지부재는, 두 부분이 상방으로 절첩되어 돌출된 두개의 안착부가 형성되어, 상기 하현재와 두 지점에서 안착되는 스페이서 유닛을 포함하여 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 본 발명은 고정부재가 바닥판 및 지지부재를 관통하여 결합재와 고정되도록 하여 바닥판, 결합재 및 지지부재 사이의 결합력을 증가시켜, 안정성이 증가된 스페이서 유닛이 구비된 탈형데크를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a stripping deck having a spacer unit, wherein the deck is constituted of a floor plate made of a metal steel sheet, and a truss girder.
