The present invention relates to a deck, including a truss girder and a floor slab of a metal plate and, more specifically, relates to a spacer unit for a stripping deck capable of removing the floor slab after a placement/curing of concrete by making the truss girder have a predetermined distance away from the floor slab by combining a lower surface with the floor slab, and combining an upper surface with the truss girder. The present invention comprises: a support member formed of a folded longitudinal metal panel to weld and place a lower chord of the stripping deck; and a combination member formed of a synthetic resin to make both lower end parts of the support member reclaimed and fixated on both sides of the support member. The support member includes the lower chord and a spacer unit placed in two spots as two placing parts, protruding by folding two parts upwards, are formed. According to the present invention, since a fixing member penetrates the floor slab and the support member to be fixated to the combination member, a bonding force between the floor slab, the combination member, and the support member is increased; thereby increasing stability.
본 발명은 금속 강판의 바닥판과 트러스거더를 포함하여 구성되는 데크에 있어서, 하단면은 바닥판과 결합하고, 상단면은 트러스거더와 결합되어, 트러스거더를 바닥판으로부터 소정의 거리로 이격시켜, 콘크리트 타설/양생 이후에 바닥판을 제거할 수 있도록하는 스페이서 유닛을 구비한 탈형데크에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 탈형데크의 하현재가 용접되어 안착되도록, 절첩된 종방향의 금속 판재로 형성되는 지지부재와; 상기 지지부재 양측에, 상기 지지부재의 양단 하부가 매립되어 고정되도록 합성수지로 형성되는 결합재를 포함하여 구성되고: 상기 지지부재는, 두 부분이 상방으로 절첩되어 돌출된 두개의 안착부가 형성되어, 상기 하현재와 두 지점에서 안착되는 스페이서 유닛을 포함하여 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 본 발명은 고정부재가 바닥판 및 지지부재를 관통하여 결합재와 고정되도록 하여 바닥판, 결합재 및 지지부재 사이의 결합력을 증가시켜, 안정성이 증가된 스페이서 유닛이 구비된 탈형데크를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
