The invention provides a light-weight thermal-insulation type concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the light-weight thermal-insulation concrete material comprises the following specific steps: adding 0.1-0.2 part by weight of manganese dioxide into 1 part by weight of hydrogen peroxide with the mass concentration of 30-40%, adding the prefabricated slurry while stirring, uniformly stirring, carrying out vibration molding, and curing to obtain the light-weight thermal-insulation concrete material. Hydrogen peroxide is decomposed to generate gas under thecatalytic action of manganese dioxide, so that micro pores are uniformly formed in concrete, and light weight thermal insulation are achieved; meanwhile, a three-dimensional network structure is formed in a cement gel network by adjusting slurry components and forming polyaniline in the preparation process, the strength of the concrete is improved, the high-strength requirement of a building canbe met, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明提供了一种质轻保温型混凝土材料及其制备方法,所述质轻保温型混凝土材料制备方法的具体步骤为:以重量份计,向1份质量浓度30~40%的双氧水中加入0.1~0.2份二氧化锰,边搅拌边加入预制浆料,搅拌均匀,振捣成型,养护,即得所述的一种质轻保温型混凝土材料。本发明通过二氧化锰的催化作用使得双氧水分解产生气体,使得混凝土内均匀形成微小孔隙,质轻保温,同时,通过浆料组分调整以及制备过程中聚苯胺的形成,在水泥凝胶网络中形成三维网状结构,提高混凝土强度,能够满足建筑物的高强度要求,应用前景广阔。
