A CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF TRAMWAY

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a tram track on which a tram or a light rail transit drives. A method for constructing a tram track according to the present invention includes: a step of arranging rebar along a tram track line; a step of checking a linear form of the arranged rebar; a step of continuously forming a concrete bed by using concrete finisher equipment to form a rail receiving groove where a rail is seated along the rebar of which the linear form is checked; a step of seating the rail wherein a tram track assembling stand is coupled in the rail seating groove; a step of adjusting a position of the rail inside the rail seating groove by using the tram track assembling stand; and a step of forming an elastic layer by injecting and hardening an elastic body into the rail seating groove to support the rail seated in the rail seating groove with the elastic body. Accordingly, a construction period and construction costs can be remarkably reduced.

본 발명은 트램 또는 경전철이 주행하는 트램궤도의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 트램궤도 시공방법은 트램궤도 라인을 따라 철근을 배근하는 단계, 상기 배근된 철근의 선형을 확인하는 단계, 상기 선형이 확인된 철근을 따라 레일이 안착되는 레일안착홈이 형성되도록 콘크리트피니셔 장비를 이용하여 연속적으로 콘크리트도상을 형성하는 단계, 상기 레일안착홈에 트램 궤광조립대가 체결된 레일을 안착시키는 단계, 상기 트램 궤광조립대를 이용하여 상기 레일안착홈에서의 상기 레일의 위치를 조정하는 단계, 및 상기 레일안착홈에 안착된 레일이 탄성체에 의해 지지되도록 상기 레일안착홈에 탄성체를 주입 및 경화시켜 탄성층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 공사기간과 공사비용을 대폭 감소시킬 수 있다.
