THE TOWER CRANE REINFORCED CONCRETE LOWER SUPPORT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a construction method to install a reinforced concrete (RC) lower support structure to reinforce a tower crane. More specifically, the construction method is provided to construct an RC lower support structure to support a heavy weight tower crane, to allow easy installation of the tower crane, and to provide a high degree of strength for reinforcement. The present invention has the effects of easy installation, repair, and maintenance by distributing the weight of the tower crane; to enhance a stability of a ground contacting the tower crane; and stably maintaining a long term use of the tower crane by increasing a lifecycle. According to the present invention, the construction method comprises: excavating in a predefined depth; constructing a plurality of pile and column posts (C) vertically and arranging reinforcing bars in a grating form to form a base (100); arranging the reinforcing bars to form a plurality of protrusions (300) exposed to a predefined height from the ground on an upper surface of the base (100); vertically forming a plurality of coupling portions (400) on the protrusions (300) to combine to the lower ends of the tower crane (T); installing partitions to pour cast-in-place concrete around the reinforcing bars; pouring cast-in-place concrete; dismantling the partitions upon curing the concrete and the reinforcing bars; and installing a tower crane frame on coupling portions (400).
본 발명은 타워크레인의 하부를 지지하기 위한 지지대를 설치하기 위한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 고중량의 타워크레인을 지지하기 위하여 타워크레인이 설치되는 하부에 철근콘크리트(이하 RC라 함)를 시공하여 구축함으로서 타워크레인의 설치가 용이하고 고강도 지지가 가능한 타워크레인 RC 하부 지지대 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 타워크레인의 하중을 분산하며 설치 및 유지보수를 용이하게 함으로써, 타워크레인과 맞닿는 지면의 안정성을 향상시키며 장기간 사용하는 타워크레인의 수명을 증가시켜 안전하게 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
