GYPSUM-BONDED INVESTMENT FOR TIRE MOLD CASTING
The present invention relates to an investment material for casting tire molds. More particularly, the investment material comprises: 20-35 wt% of alpha-gypsum; 65-80 wt% of an insulating material; 0.03-0.1 wt% of a pigment dispersant; 0.1-0.3 wt% of an expansion restrainer; and 0.5-1 wt% of a hardening agent. The alpha-gypsum used in the present invention has particles which are additionally refined using vibratory milling. The investment material manufactured according to the present invention has excellent physical properties such as disintegrability, strength, etc., in comparison to a conventional investment material or a commercially available investment material, and has a remarkable crack control performance, thereby being proper to be used as a tire mold.
본 발명은 타이어 몰드 주조용 매몰재에 관한 것으로, 알파 석고 20~35중량%, 내열재 65~80중량%, 안료 분산제 0.03~0.1중량%, 팽창 억제제 0.1~0.3중량%, 및 경화제 0.5~1중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 알파 석고는 진동밀을 사용하여 입자를 더욱 미세화한 것을 사용한다.

The present invention relates to an investment material for casting tire molds.
