Gypsum powder for pressure slip-casting mold
The invention provides gypsum powder for a pressure slip-casting mold. The gypsum powder comprises, by weight, 100 parts of superhigh-strength alpha gypsum, 5-8 parts of a porous filling material, 1-3 parts of an anti-corrosion agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of a hardening agent, 0-1 part of a coagulation time conditioning agent and 1-3 parts of a flexibilizer. A pressure slip-casting mold prepared according to the gypsum powder formula has good strength and water permeability and a low corrosion rate, greatly improves a service life and reduces a production cost of a pressure slip-casting enterprise.
