BOTTOM FOUNDATION BASE OF SMALL SCALE PREFABRICATED STORAGE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME
The present invention provides a bottom foundation base of a small scale prefabricated warehouse which facilitates assembly of bottom side prefabricated materials and provides a bottom structure which is stable and firm for supporting a wall, and a construction method thereof. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the bottom foundation base of a small scale prefabricated warehouse comprises: a foundation aggregate layer constructed by excavating the ground on an area at least larger than an area of a bottom of a warehouse to be installed to a prescribed depth, then leveling and compacting, and then filling aggregate; a waterproof layer wherein a waterproof sheet is installed on an upper surface of the foundation aggregate layer for waterproofing; a base stepping block arranged on proper locations of the upper surface of the foundation aggregate layer including a corner; a foundation concrete base constructed by installing a form along an edge where the base stepping block is installed, and then depositing concrete into an installation area including the base stepping block to a height corresponding to a height of the base stepping block; a rectangular bottom frame arranged along edges of the foundation concrete base in a rectangular shape; a bottom profile seated on an upper surface of the rectangular bottom frame; and an angle bracket wherein one end thereof is fixed on the base stepping block and the foundation concrete base by an anchor bolt, and the other end thereof is fixed on the bottom profile and the rectangular bottom frame by mounting a bolt.
본 발명은 바닥측 조립 자재간의 조립이 뛰어나고 벽체를 지지하기에 안정적이고 견교한 바닥 구조가 되도록 한 소규모 조립식 창고의 바닥 기초 베이스 및 이의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 소규모 조립식 창고의 바닥 기초 베이스는, 지면에서 설치될 창고 바닥의 면적보다 적어도 큰 면적에 일정 깊이로 굴착한 후 면 레벨 잡고 다짐한 후 골재를 채워서 시공된 기초 골재층과; 상기 기초 골재층의 상면에 방수를 위해 방수시트가 설치된 방수층과; 상기 기초 골재층의 상면에 코너를 포함한 적정 개소마다 배치된 베이스 디딤블럭과; 상기 베이스 디딤블럭이 설치된 가장자리의 변을 따라 거푸집을 설치한 후 상기 베이스 디딤블럭을 포함한 설치 영역의 내부로 베이스 디딤블럭의 높이에 해당하는 만큼 콘크리트를 타설하여 시공된 기초 콘크리트 베이스와; 상기 기초 콘크리트 베이스의 둘레를 따라 사각 형태로 배치된 바닥 각형프레임과; 상기 바닥 각형프레임의 상면에 안착된 바닥 프로파일; 및 일단이 앵커볼트에 의해 베이스 디딤블럭 및 기초 콘크리트 베이스에 고정하고, 타단이 볼트 결합을 통해 바닥 프로파일과 바닥 각형프레임에 고정된 앵글 브라켓을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
