ACTIVATED CHARCOAL TILE MANUFACTURING METHOD
According to the present invention, an eco-friendly functional tile and a molded article for an interior construction material are manufactured by mixing and compressing a water soluble acrylic emulsion adhesive and 99% charcoal capable of radiating far-infrared rays, emitting negative ions, and having an antibacterial function and deodorization capacity. Also, the eco-friendly functional tile can be properly utilized for interior construction materials as an eco-friendly antibacterial deodorization tile, and reduces interior harmful substances by adsorbing and deodorizing harmful substances (VOCs) causing sick house syndrome, fine dust, and the like, generating from interior construction materials for walls, finishing materials, and the like. In addition, the eco-friendly functional tile provides effects of emitting far-infrared rays, emitting negative ions, deodorizing, adjusting humidity, having an antibacterial function, and removing odor, which are original characteristics of charcoal. Thus, the eco-friendly functional tile fosters a pleasant indoor environment.
본 발명은 수용성아크릴 에멀젼 접착제와 원적외선 음이온 항균 탈취력을 갖는 99% 숯과 혼합 압축한 친환경기능성타일과 실내건축자재용성형물제작이 가능하며 친환경항균탈취타일로 실내건축자재로 활용이 적합함과 동시에 실내벽면인테리어 건축자재, 마감재 등으로부터 발생하는 새집증후군 유해물질과 미세먼지 등을 흡착 탈취하여 실내유해물질을 저감시키고 숯 고유특성인 원적외선 방출 음이온방사 및 탈취 습도조절 항균 악취제거효과를 제공하여 쾌적한 실내 환경을 조성할 수 있음.
