Charcoal Tile And the Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a charcoal tile and a manufacturing method thereof. A charcoal plate prepared by using wood (or charcoal, wood charcoal, etc.), which is one of raw materials, has a variety of shapes (cross-sectional shape) of the raw materials. The charcoal plate prepared as such can be integrated with normal tiles or normal plates (or wood, etc.) to be used and thus, can be conveniently applied to an easy process. According to the present invention, in the manufacturing method of a charcoal tile, one or more shapes of holes are perforated and formed on thin plate tiles through laser. Normal tiles are put in contact with the thin plate tiles having the perforated holes, and are attached by using an organic or inorganic adhesive. The one or more shapes of charcoal plates are inserted into the perforated holes to be fixed by using an adhesive. The charcoal plates are formed by sinking charcoal in plaster or ceramic materials, drying the charcoal, and cutting the same.
본 발명은 숯타일 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 원료 중 하나인 목재(혹은 숯, 목탄 등)를 이용하여 준비된 숯판재는 원료 자체의 다양한 형태(단면 형태)를 가진 것으로서, 이와 같이 준비된 숯판재를 일반타일 혹은 일반판재(혹은 목재 등)에 일체로 결합시켜 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 쉬운 공정으로 간편하게 적용할 수 있다. 본 발명의 숯타일 제조방법에 있어서, 박판 타일에 하나 이상의 모양의 구멍들을 레이저를 통해 천공하여 형성하고, 일반 타일상에 상기 천공된 구멍들을 가진 박판타일을 면접시키고 유기 또는 무기 접착제를 사용하여 접착하고, 하나 이상의 모양을 가진 숯판재를 상기 천공된 구멍에 삽입하여 접착제를 사용하여 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 숯판재는 숯에 석고 혹은 액상 세라믹 재질에 침지시킨 후 건조시킨 후 절단 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
