The present invention relates to a tile containing charcoal. According to the present invention, the tile containing charcoal comprises: an inner member made of natural charcoal; an outer member which is formed on the outside of the inner member and covers the inner member; and a mesh net which is embedded to be integrated into the outer member and is connected to the inner member. The tile containing charcoal is made by using charcoal and a synthetic resin composite material with excellent biocompatibility and thus does not cause a problem such as sick house syndrome. A work process is simple as the tile containing charcoal is cured at room temperature. In particular, as charcoal is used, humidity of an indoor space can be adjusted and a deodorant effect can be provided. In addition, the tile containing charcoal has a special pattern and thus has an enhanced appearance. Therefore, merchantability of the tile can be increased. In addition, as the tile containing charcoal is not broken even when a nail is driven to the same, applicability of the tile containing charcoal can be increased.
본 발명은 숯이 내장된 타일에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 숯이 내장된 타일은, 천연의 숯으로 이루어지는 내측부재; 상기 내측부재의 외부에 형성되며 상기 내측부재를 감싸는 외측부재; 및 상기 외측부재에 일체로 매립되며 내측부재와 연결되는 메쉬망;을 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따르면 숯과 생물친화성이 뛰어난 합성수지 복합재료를 사용하므로 새집증후증과 같은 문제가 발생 되지않고, 상온에서 양생시킴으로써 작업공정이 간단하며, 특히 숯을 이용하여서 실내의 습도가 조절될 뿐만 아니라 탈취작용이 있을 뿐만 아니라 특별한 문양을 형성하여 미관을 향상시키게 되므로 타일의 상품성이 증대될 수 있다. 또한 못을 박아도 깨지지 않아 활용 가능성이 향상될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
