STEEL PIPE PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SACRIFICIAL STEEL PIPE CASING PARTIAL PULLOUT
Disclosed is a construction method for a partial pullout type steel pipe pile of a sacrificial steel pipe casing. According to the present invention, the construction method for a partial pullout type steel pipe pile of a sacrificial steel pipe casing includes: an interpenetration step of interpenetrating a steel pipe casing into an excavation cavity while the ground is excavated; an injection step of partially injecting grouting into the steel pipe casing; an insertion step of inserting a short pile into the steel pipe casing; a pullout step of partially pulling out the steel pipe casing while injecting the grouting between the short pile and the excavation cavity; and a cutting step of cutting a part pulled out of the steel pipe casing. According to the present invention, the construction method for a partial pullout type steel pipe pile of a sacrificial steel pipe casing can improve a support force of a pile by using a part of the casing steel pipe as a sacrificial steel pipe and can minimize a rise in construction costs and whole material costs of the pile, by using the casing steel pipe for the sacrificial steel pipe.
희생 강관케이싱 부분 인발식 강관말뚝 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 희생 강관케이싱 부분 인발식 강관말뚝 시공방법은, 지반을 굴착하면서 굴착 공동에 강관케이싱을 관입시키는 관입단계; 강관케이싱 내부로 그라우팅을 일부 주입하는 주입단계; 강관케이싱 내부로 단말뚝을 삽입하는 삽입단계; 단말뚝과 굴착 공동 사이로 그라우팅을 주입하면서 강관케이싱을 부분 인발하는 인발단계; 및 강관케이싱의 인발된 부분을 절단하는 절단단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 케이싱강관의 일부를 희생강관으로 이용하여 말뚝의 지지력을 향상시킬 수 있으면서도, 케이싱강관의 희생강관으로의 사용에 의한 말뚝의 전체 재료비 및 시공비 상승은 최소화될 수 있도록 이루어지는 희생 강관케이싱 부분 인발식 강관말뚝 시공방법을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
