AGITATING ROAD FOR EXCAVATING USING SOIL EARTH CEMENT MIXING METHOD AND MIXING AGITATOR USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an agitating rod for excavation using a soil earth cement mixing method (SEM) and an apparatus for excavating, agitating, and mixing using an SEM using the same. An objective of the present invention is to use an SEM technique to reduce slime around an agitating rod when excavating and agitating and increase a surrounding consolidation degree to provide high strength. To achieve the objective, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the agitating rod for excavation using an SEM comprises a three-axis agitating rod rotated by an auger motor. A screw is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the three-axis agitating rod and comprises at least one forward screw and at least one reverse screw. A first agitating rod positioned in the middle of the three-axis agitating rod has a shorter length than a second and a third agitating rod positioned on both sides of the first agitating rod.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 SEM 굴착용 교반 로드 및 이를 이용한 SEM 굴착 교반 혼합 장치에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 SEM 공법을 이용하여 굴착 및 교반 시 교반 로드 주변의 슬라임을 저감시키고, 주변 압밀도를 증가시켜 고강도를 제공할 수 있게 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 일 실시예는 오거 모터에 의하여 회전작동되는 3축의 교반 로드가 구비되고, 상기 3축의 교반 로드의 외주면에는 적어도 하나의 정방향 및 역방향 스크류로 이루어진 스크류가 형성되며, 상기 3축의 교반 로드 중 중앙에 위치되는 제1 교반 로드는 상기 제1 교반 로드에 대하여 양측에 위치되는 제2 및 제3 교반 로드보다 짧은 길이를 가지는 SEM 굴착용 교반 로드를 개시한다.
