EXCAVATING AND AGITATING INSTRUMENTS OF GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excavating and agitating instruments which can add a relatively rotating triple shaft at a desired position of a relatively rotating excavating and agitating shafts, and which has excellent kneading property and excavation property by forced kneading agitation of a plurality of relative driving blades each.SOLUTION: Excavating and agitating shafts extend vertically and have a double shaft structure including a driving and rotating hollow outer shaft and a hollow inner shaft driving and rotating relatively to the outer shaft. The excavating and agitating shafts includes: an output shaft which is rotatably provided at an inside of the inner shaft or at an outside of the outer shaft and which supports at least one of an excavating blade and an agitating blade; with making either one of the outer shaft and the inner shaft a planet carrier, an opening provided on a peripheral wall of the one shaft; a first planet gear provided in the opening and engaged with the other one of the outer shaft and the inner shaft; and a second planet gear engaged with the output shaft and the first planet gear. The double shaft structure of the excavating and agitating shafts partially includes a triple shaft structure with the inner shaft, the outer shaft and the output shaft which relatively rotates from the inner side to the outer side in sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】相対回転する掘削・撹拌軸の所望とする位置に相対回転する三重軸を付加することができ、複数の相対駆動翼同士の強制的な練り込み撹拌による優れた混練性と掘進性を有する掘削・撹拌具を提供する。【解決手段】上下方向に延伸する掘削・撹拌軸を駆動回転する内部中空状の外軸と、外軸と相対的に駆動回転する内部中空状の内軸と、を有した二重軸構造とし、内軸の内側又は外軸の外側に回転可能に設けられ、掘削翼又は撹拌翼の少なくともいずれか一方が支持される出力軸と、外軸又は内軸のいずれか一方の軸を遊星キャリアとし、一方の軸の周壁に設けられる開口部と、開口部に設けられ、内軸又は外軸のいずれか他方の軸に歯合する第1の遊星歯車と、出力軸と第1の遊星歯車とに歯合する第2の遊星歯車と、を備え、掘削・撹拌軸の二重軸構造を内軸、外軸及び出力軸とにより内側から外側にかけて順次相対回転する部分的な三重軸構造とした。【選択図】図1
