The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing pottery which express thixotropic toned colors using shells only without using charcoal, and to reduce manufacturing cost of the pottery which display the thixotropic toned colors by examining in detail properties and states of the shells and temperatures at which the thixotropic toned colors are expressed, thereby efficiently heating the pottery. A method for manufacturing pottery according to the present invention comprises: disposing pottery raw material-molded green wares, pottery in a biscuit fire state, or the pottery raw material-molded green wares and pottery in the biscuit fire state; disposing shells which are not in contact with the pottery raw material-molded green wares and pottery in the biscuit fire state, or disposing the shells such that the shell are in contact with the pottery raw material-molded green wares and pottery in the biscuit fire state; heating the shells, pottery raw material-molded green wares, and pottery in the biscuit fire state to a temperature of 600-1000 C, preferably 800-1000 C, more preferably 850-950 C in an oxidation atmosphere or a reduction atmosphere using a heating furnace; holding the shells, pottery raw material-molded green wares, and pottery in the biscuit fire state at the same temperature for an arbitrary time; cooling the heated shells, pottery raw material-molded green wares, and pottery in the biscuit fire state; heating the pottery in a biscuit fire state extracted from the heating furnace to a temperature of 1100-1350 C, preferably 1150-1300 C, more preferably 1200-1300 C in an oxidation atmosphere or a reduction atmosphere using the heating furnace; holding the pottery in a biscuit fire state at the same temperature for an arbitrary time; and cooling the heated pottery in a biscuit fire state.
본 발명은 도자기 원료를 성형한 생바탕, 초벌구이 상태의 도자기, 또는 도자기 원료를 성형한 생바탕과 초벌구이 상태의 도자기를 배치해, 이들과는 접촉하지 않는, 혹은 접촉하도록 패각을 배치해, 가열로로 산화 분위기 혹은 환원 분위기에서 600℃에서 1000℃, 바람직하게는 800℃에서 1000℃, 바람직하게는 850℃에서 950℃의 온도에 가열해, 동온도로 임의의 시간 지지 한 후에 냉각한다.냉각 후, 가열로로부터 취출한 초벌구이 상태의 도자기를 가열로로 산화 분위기 혹은 환원 분위기에서 1100℃에서 1350℃, 바람직하게는 1150℃에서 1300℃, 바람직하게는 1200℃에서 1300℃의 온도에 가열해, 동온도로 임의의 시간 지지 한 후에 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
