Admixture composition for autoclave-cured concrete
The present invention relates to an admixture composition for autoclave-cured concrete containing 25 to 75 parts by weight of general Portland cement, 10 to 30 parts by weight of activated silica, and 10 to 60 parts by weight of crystalline slag and formed by mixing 0.01 to 0.04 wt% of an amine compound having end group triol as a selection promoter with respect to the weight of the crystalline slag. According to the present invention, the crystalline slag, which is discharged as an industrial byproduct, is used for concrete manufacturing with its reactivity improved by the use of the selection promoter, and thus cement consumption can be reduced. In addition, the active use of the crystalline slag as an industrial byproduct results in a reduction of environmental pollution problems and manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 25~75중량부, 활성규사 10~30중량부 및 결정질 슬래그 10~60중량부를 포함하고, 선택촉진제로서 말단기 트리올을 가진 아민계 화합물을 결정질 슬래그 중량에 대하여 0.01~0.04중량% 혼입하여 이루어지는 오토클레이브 양생 콘크리트용 혼합재 조성물에 대한 것으로, 본 발명은 산업부산물로 배출되는 결정질의 슬래그를 선택촉진제를 사용하여 반응성을 향상시켜 콘크리트 제조에 사용함으로써 시멘트의 사용량을 저감시키고 산업부산물인 결정질 슬래그를 적극 사용함으로써 환경오염문제를 줄이고 제조비용도 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
