CEMENT-POLYMER MODIFIED WATERPROOF COATINGS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a polymer based waterproofing material mixed with cement and a construction method using the same, and more specifically, to a polymer based waterproofing material mixed with cement including a component capable of adsorbing behavior acting on a building and a component increasing strength so as to improve bonding performance and strength of the polymer based waterproofing material mixed with cement, and to a construction method using the same. To this end, the polymer based waterproofing material mixed with cement comprises: 25 to 40 wt% of cement; 21 to 23 wt% of acrylic emulsion; 21 to 23 wt% of polymer based synthetic resin; 10 to 12 wt% of polyurea; 2 to 6 wt% of carbon fiber polyether ether ketone (PEEK); 0.5 to 1 wt% of plasticizer; 0.5 to 1 wt% of defoamer; and 5 to 9 wt% of cement binder.
본 발명은 시멘트 혼입 폴리머계 방수제 및 그를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 건축물에 작용하는 거동을 흡수할 수 있는 성분 및 강도를 증진시키는 성분을 포함하는 시멘트 혼입 폴리머계 방수제를 제공함으로써, 시멘트 혼입 폴리머계 방수제의 부착성능 및 강도를 증진시키도록 하는 시멘트 혼입 폴리머계 방수제 및 그를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 시멘트 25 ~ 40중량%; 아크릴에멀젼 21 ~ 23중량%; 폴리머계 합성수지 21 ~ 23중량%; 폴리우레아 10 ~ 12중량%; 탄소섬유 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK) 2 ~ 6 중량%; 가소제 0.5 ~ 1중량%; 소포제 0.5 ~ 1중량%; 및 시멘트결합제 5 ~ 9중량%;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
