The present invention provides a gear type coupler (100), capable of connecting two reinforced bars (RB) with a male screw thread, formed at an end, in a precast concrete structure. The present invention comprises: a first reinforced bar installation unit (110) comprising a body (114) at an end, including a female screw thread (115) combined with the male screw thread (RB1) of the reinforced bars (RB), and a male screw part (116) at the other end; a second reinforced bar installation unit (130) including a gear part (134), formed on the outer surface, and a female screw part (136) formed by penetrating the inside from an end to the other end to be combined with the male screw part (116); and a gear lever (150) interlocked with the gear part (134). The other end of the male screw part (116), exposed to the other end of the second reinforced bar installation unit (130) by penetrating the female screw part (136) of the second reinforced bar installation unit (130), is brought into contact with an end of the male screw thread (RB1) of another reinforced bar (RB), and then if the gear lever (150) is rotated or pulled, the rotation of the gear part (134) makes the second reinforced bar installation unit (130) rotated to combine the male screw thread (RB1) of the reinforced bar (RB) with the female screw part (136) at the other end of the second reinforced bar installation unit (130).
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조에서, 단부에 수나사산(RB1)이 형성된 2개의 철근(RB)을 이음하기 위한 것으로, 상기 철근(RB)의 상기 수나산(RB1)이 체결되는 암나사산(115)이 형성된 일단의 본체(114)와 타단의 수나사부(116)로 구성된 제1철근정착구(110); 상기 수나사부(116)가 체결될 있도록 내부를 일단부터 타단까지 관통하여 암나사부(136)가 형성되고 외주면에 기어부(134)가 형성된 제2철근장착구(130); 및, 상기 기어부(134)에 맞물리는 기어레버(150); 를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 제2철근장착구(130)의 상기 암나사부(136)를 관통하여 상기 제2철근장착구(130)의 타단에 노출된 상기 수나사부(116)의 타단을 이음하고자 하는 다른 철근(RB)의 수나사산(RB1)의 단부를 접촉한 후, 상기 기어레버(150)를 돌리거나 당기면 상기 기어부(134)의 회전에 의해 상기 제2철근장착구(130)가 회전하면서 상기 제2철근장착구(130) 타단의 상기 암나사부(136)에 상기 다른 철근(RB)의 수나사산(RB1)이 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조의 철근이음을 위한 기어형 커플러(100)를 제공한다.
