Road noise reduction equipment and installation methods
The present invention relates to a device for reducing road noise by absorbing a friction sound generated when wheels of a vehicle are rubbed with a road surface when the vehicle passes on the road and an installation method for the same. According to the present invention, the device for reducing road noise comprises a pipe-shaped main body unit. The main body unit has: a hollow formed inside and passing through a part of one end and a part of the other end; an insertion groove formed at one end; an insertion metal piece protruding from the other end to the outside; and a connection unit installed on a side and connecting the hollow and the outside. The multiple main body units are connected to each other. Also, the installation method for the same includes: an embedded groove forming step of forming multiple embedded groove at same intervals in a driving direction of the vehicle on the road; an arranging step of mounting the device for reducing road noise on the embedded groove in order an end of the connection unit to have a lower height than that of a road surface and mounting the multiple main body units on the embedded groove by connecting each of the multiple main body units; an injection step of injecting a filler into the embedded groove in the arranging step and embedding the device for reducing road noise into the embedded groove; and a hardening step of hardening the filler.
본 발명은 차량이 도로 위를 지나갈 때 차량의 바퀴가 도로면에 마찰되며 생기는 마찰음을 흡수하여 도로소음을 감소시켜 주는 장치 및 설치 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 도로소음 감소 장치 및 설치 방법은 일단의 일부와 타단의 일부를 관통하는 중공이 내부에 형성되고, 일단의 내측 방향으로 끼움 홈이 형성되며, 타단에 외부로 돌출되는 끼움쇠가 형성되며, 중공과 외부를 연통시키는 연통부가 측부에 구비되는 파이프 형상의 본체부를 포함하여 구성되되, 복수 개의 본체부가 상호 연결되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로소음 감소 장치를 제시한다. 또한, 도로면의 차량진행 방향으로 매립 홈을 동일한 간격으로 복수 개 형성하는 매립 홈 형성단계와 도로소음 감소장치를 연통부의 끝단이 도로면보다 낮은 높이를 가지도록 매립 홈에 안착시키되, 복수 개의 본체부 각각을 상호 연결하면서 매립 홈에 안착시키는 배치 단계와 배치단계의 매립 홈에 채움재를 주입하여 도로소음 감소 장치를 매립 홈에 매립시키는 주입 단계와 채움재를 굳히는 굳힘 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로소음 감소 장치 설치 방법을 제시한다.
