The present invention is to provide a lifting safety device for a gang form configured to be installed to prevent a safety-related accident in advance, which may occur during the use of a gang form used for constructing an outer wall of an apartment building. The lifting safety device for a gang form, in which a head portion of a gang form protrudes forward and the gang form moves up and down when the gang form is disassembled, comprises: a base plate installed adjacent to the gang form fixing bolt to accommodate the gang form fixing bolt; a fixed shaft bolt fixated to a center portion of the base plate; a pair of safety covers coupled to the fixed shaft bolt to be restrained for rotation; a torsion spring installed on the fixed shaft bolt to surround the outer surface thereof and applying an elastic force to the pair of safety covers; a pair of pulling brackets whose one end is fixated to a side surface of the safety cover and the other end thereof is coupled to a pulling bolt to be restrained for rotation; a pulling bolt whose one end is coupled to the pulling bracket to be restrained for rotation and the other end thereof is bolted to a fixing member; a fixing member for connecting and fixating the pulling bolt and a safety loop; and a safety loop coupled through the fixing member.
본 발명은 아파트 외벽시공을 위해 사용하는 갱폼의 사용중 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 사전에 방지하고자 설치하는 것으로, 갱폼 해체시 갱폼 고정볼트의 두부가 전면 방향으로 돌출되고, 상기 갱폼 고정볼트가 상,하로 움직이는데, 이러한 상기 갱폼 고정볼트를 수용할 수 있는 상기 갱폼 고정볼트에 인접하여 설치되는 베이스 판재;와 상기 베이스 판재의 중심부에 고정되는 고정축 볼트;와 상기 고정축 볼트에 회동 구속 결합하는 한 쌍의 안전커버;와 상기 고정축 볼트에 외감하며 설치되고 상기 한 쌍의 안전커버에 탄성력을 가하는 토션 스프링;과 일단은 상기 안전커버의 측면에 고정되고 타단은 당김 볼트에 회동 구속 결합하는 한쌍의 당김 브래킷;과 일단은 상기 당김 브래킷에 회동 구속 결합 되고, 타단은 고정 부재에 볼트 고정되는 당김 볼트;와 상기 당김 볼트와 안전고리를 연결 고정하는 고정 부재;및 상기 고정 부재에 관통결합하는 상기 안전고리;를 포함하는 갱폼 인양 안전장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
