The present invention relates to flooring for a salt pond and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing a basis material composition by mixing pottery stone, rutile titanium dioxide (Rutile TiO_2) and white clay; wet grinding the basis material composition; performing filter pressing so that the particle size of the pulverized basis material composition is uniform; drying the filter pressed basis material composition to have a predetermined moisture content; compression molding the dried basis material composition into a selected flooring shape; applying a glaze to the compression molded flooring; sintering glazed flooring; and selecting and packaging the sintered flooring. It is possible to manufacture high-quality sun salt by using oxidative decomposition and antibacterial and deodorizing function of titanium oxide without generating harmful substances.
본 발명은 염전용 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 도석, 루타일형 이산화티타늄(Rutile TiO) 및 백토를 혼합하여 소지조성물을 준비하는 단계; 상기 소지조성물을 습식분쇄하는 단계; 분쇄된 상기 소지조성물의 입도가 균일하도록 필터 프레싱(Filter Pressing) 하는 단계; 필터 프레싱된 상기 소지조성물이 소정의 함수율을 갖도록 건조시키는 단계; 건조된 상기 소지조성물을 선택된 바닥재 형상으로 압축성형하는 단계; 압축성형된 상기 바닥재에 유약을 도포하는 단계; 유약이 도포된 상기 바닥재를 소성하는 단계; 및 소성된 상기 바닥재를 선별 및 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
