The present invention relates to a prefabricated floor plate for a salt pond, which does not need an additional fixing unit and is easily assembled and disassembled. The life of the prefabricated floor plate is extended as the prefabricated floor plate for a salt pond is strongly connected. The prefabricated floor plate for a salt pond is installed on the bottom of a salt pond. The floor plate comprises: an upper plate (10) formed in a square shape; multiple connection protrusions (20) formed in an L-shape on two sides adjacent to each other at an edge of the upper plate (10); and a connection space (30) having the shape corresponding to the connection protrusion (20) and formed on the rest two sides adjacent to the each other. The connection protrusion (20) and the connection space (30) are individually connected to the connection space (30) and the connection protrusion (20) of the different adjacent floor plate. Therefore, according to the present invention, the multiple connection protrusions and the connection space are tightly inserted and connected to each other and are tightly fixed to the four sides of the upper plate without the additional fixing unit such as a bolt, a bracket, and a fixing pin. So, the life of the floor plate is extended. Also, the prefabricated floor plate for a salt pond is formed by a connection structure and simple composition. So, the prefabricated floor plate for a salt pond is easily assembled and disassembled, and maintenance of the prefabricated floor plate for a salt pond is convenient.
본 발명은 조립 및 분해가 용이하며 별도의 고정수단이 필요 없고, 더욱 견고하게 결합되어 수명이 연장되는 염전용 조립식 바닥판에 관한 것으로, 염전의 바닥면에 설치되는 바닥판에 있어서, 상기 바닥판은 정사각형으로 이루어진 상판(10)이 형성되고, 상기 상판(10)의 테두리에는 인접한 2개의 면에 'ㄱ'의 형상인 복수의 결합돌기(20)가 형성되며, 나머지 인접한 2개의 면에는 상기 결합돌기(20)와 대응하는 형상의 결합공간(30)이 형성되고, 상기 결합돌기(20) 및 결합공간(30)은 인접한 다른 바닥판의 결합공간(30) 및 결합돌기(20)에 각각 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 복수의 결합돌기와 결합공간이 서로 긴밀히 삽입 결합되어 볼트, 브래킷, 고정핀 등의 별도 고정수단 없이 상판의 4면에서 더욱 견고히 고정됨으로써 바닥판의 수명이 연장될 뿐만 아니라, 단순한 구성 및 결합구조로 이루어져 조립 및 분해가 더욱 용이하며 유지관리가 더욱 편리한 장점이 있다.
