SINTERED BODY METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND ELECTROSTATIC CHUCK
A sintered body includes a ceramic substrate including sintered oxide particles; a through hole formed in the ceramic substrate, wherein the side surface of the oxide particles exposed from the inner wall of the through hole forms a flat surface; and a porous body disposed in the through hole while including spherical oxide ceramic particles and a mixed oxide configured to bind the spherical oxide ceramic particles. The porous particles can be disposed with high reliability.
소결체는, 소결 산화물 입자를 포함하는 세라믹 기판; 상기 세라믹 기판에 형성되는 관통 구멍 ― 상기 관통 구멍의 내벽으로부터 노출된 상기 산화물 입자의 측면이 평탄한 면을 형성함 ―; 및 상기 관통 구멍 내에 배치되는 다공체(porous body) ― 상기 다공체는, 구형(spherical) 산화물 세라믹 입자, 및 상기 구형 산화물 세라믹 입자를 바인딩(binding)하도록 구성되는 혼합 산화물을 포함함 ― 를 포함한다.
