The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly fireproof insulation composition using chaff charcoal, which comprises 20-25 wt% of chaff charcoal, 7-10 wt% of silica sand, 5-10 wt% of vermiculite, 4-5 wt% of adhesive, 3-5 wt% of natural early strength prompt cement, 0.5-2 wt% of M.C., 1-3 wt% of powder pigment, 10-15 wt% of pearlite, 15-19 wt% of oyster shell powder, 3-5 wt% of slag cement, and 0.5-1 wt% of silica fume. In a current situation desiring health and fresh environment due to changes of perception on building and housing, the composition has antibacterial and deodorizing effects when used as a building interior material and reduces life and property damage by preventing burning from fire and preventing generation of toxic gas by effects of recycling resources and obtaining nonflammability and heat insulation by using not only natural chaff charcoal and vermiculite and pearlite which are inorganic materials but also oyster shells which are waste left on beach.
본 발명은 왕겨숯을 이용한 친환경 불연단열재 조성물로 왕겨숯중량20-25 % 규사중량7-10% 질석중량5-10% 접착제중량4-5%천연조강프롬시멘트중량3-5%.M.C중량0.5-2% 분말색소중량1-3% .펄라이트중량10-15%. 굴껍질분말중량15-19% 슬래그시멘트중량3-5% 실리카흄중량0.5-1%로 형성되어 있다. 건축물 주거에 대한 인식 변화로 건강과 쾌적한 환경을 원하고 있는 현 실정에있어 이에 맞는 천연 왕겨숯과 무기질 재료인 질석,펄라이트을 활용 또한 바닷가에 버려진 폐기물인 굴껍질를 활용 함으로써 자원의 재활용과 불연성,단열성 기능을 동시에 얻은 효과로 화재시 불에타지 않고 유독가스가 발생 되지 않아 인명 및 재산 피해를 줄이고 건축 내장재로 사용시 항균 및 탈취 효과를 내는 조성물이다
