A high strength boron nitride composite material excellent in thermal conductivity and a preparing method thereof are suggested. The boron nitride composite material according to the present invention includes a boron nitride aggregate in which two or more plate-shaped boron nitride are aggregated, and a glass particle melted and positioned inside the boron nitride aggregate.
열전도도가 우수한 고강도 보론 나이트라이드 복합소재 및 제조방법이 제안된다. 본 발명에 따른 보론 나이트라이드 복합소재는 2이상의 판상형 보론 나이트라이드가 응집되어 있는 보론 나이트라이드 응집체 및 보론 나이트라이드 응집체 내부에 용융되어 위치하는 유리입자를 포함한다.
