Disclosed is an atypical mold manufacturing apparatus capable of obtaining an atypical concrete product. According to the present invention, the atypical mold manufacturing apparatus, which is an atypical mold manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing an atypical structure by cutting a plate-shaped material and stacking the same and then placing and pouring and curing concrete, includes: a supply part unloading and supplying the plate-shaped material; a cutting part cutting a part of the plate-shaped material such that the plate-shaped material is matched with an outer surface of a corresponding height of the atypical structure in accordance with design when the plate-shaped material is supplied from the supply part and stacked; and a stacking part transferring and stacking the plate-shaped material cut by the cutting part. A cut surface of the plate-shaped material cut by the cutting part is formed to be inclined to have an angle to a vertical line.
비정형의 콘크리트 결과물을 얻을 수 있는 비정형 거푸집 제조장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 비정형 거푸집 제조장치는 판상형 재료를 커팅 가공하고 적층한 다음 콘크리트를 부어 양생시킴으로써 비정형 구조물을 제조하기 위한 비정형 거푸집 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 판상형 재료를 언로딩하여 공급하는 공급부; 상기 공급부로부터 상기 판상형 재료를 공급받아 적층 시 설계된 바에 따라 비정형 구조물의 해당 높이의 외면에 일치하도록 상기 판상형 재료 일부를 레이저에 의해 커팅 가공하는 커팅부; 상기 커팅부에서 커팅 가공이 이루어진 상기 판상형 재료를 이송하여 적층하는 적층부를 포함하고, 상기 커팅부에 의해 커팅 가공되는 상기 판상형 재료의 커팅면은 수직선에 대하여 각도를 가지도록 경사지게 형성된다.
