METHOD OF COATING A SURFACE OF A BUILDING INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR USING A COATING COMPOSITION CONTAINING NON-YELLOWING POLYASPARTIC UREA
The present invention relates to a coating method for inner and outer surfaces of buildings (surfaces such as floors and walls). More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for coating inner and outer surfaces of buildings using non-yellowing polyaspartic urea-containing coating composition, ensuring excellent adhesiveness, water resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance in addition to hand workability. To this end, the coating method comprises the following steps: (a) trimming a surface to be coated; (b) applying a first coating composition onto a surface to be coated; and (c) curing the first coating composition. In the non-yellowing polyaspartic urea-containing coating composition, the first coating composition is composed of a main part (A), a curing agent part (B) and an additive (C) or is composed of a main part (A), a curing agent part (B), an additive (C) and an organic solvent.
본 발명은 건물의 내외부 표면(바닥, 벽 등의 표면)의 코팅 공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 접착성, 내수성, 내마모성 및 내화학성이 우수하면서 수작업성이 뛰어난, 무황변 폴리아스파틱 우레아 함유 코팅 조성물을 이용한 건물의 내외부 표면의 코팅 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 코팅 공법은, (a) 코팅 대상 표면을 정리하는 단계, (b) 코팅 대상 표면 상에 제1 코팅 조성물을 도포하는 단계, 및 (c) 상기 제1 코팅 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1 코팅 조성물이 주제부(A), 경화제부(B) 및 첨가제(C)로 구성되거나 또는 주제부(A), 경화제부(B), 첨가제(C) 및 유기용매(D)로 구성되는 무황변 폴리아스파틱 우레아 함유 코팅 조성물이다.
