In a patient bed with an automatic toilet opening/closing device, a pair of opening/closing doors (200a, 200b) installed in a lower portion of a mat (16) having a toilet (15) and coupled to horizontal brackets (112a, 112b) on both sides have an inverted trapezoidal shape in a lateral cross section. Lower inclined surfaces (214a, 214b, 215a, 215b) are provided so as to be inclined so that mutual interference is avoided during opening and closing about the center of the opening/closing door. A pair of operation shafts (211a, 211b) connected to a pair of rotating motors (210a, 210b) are formed at rotation hinge points formed at corners on one lower side of the opening/closing doors (200a, 200b). A pair of hinges (114a, 114b) driven only on one surface by the pair of operation shafts (211a, 211b) are formed for hinge coupling between the pair of horizontal brackets (112a, 112b) and the pair of opening/closing doors (200a, 200b). Lifting/lowering means (30) for lifting and lowering a toilet bowl (100) is provided directly below the toilet (5).
용변구를 자동으로 개폐하기 위한 장치를 구비한 환자용 침대로서, 용변구(15)가 형성된 매트(16)의 하부에 설치됨과 동시에 양측 수평 브라켓(112a, 112b)에 결합되는 한 쌍의 개폐문(200a, 200b)은 측단면으로 보아 역사다리꼴 형상으로 되어 있고, 상기 개폐문의 중앙을 중심으로 개폐시 상호 간섭을 피하기 위하여 경사지도록 하부에 경사면(214a, 214b)(215a, 215b)을 구비하고, 상기 개폐문(200a, 200b)의 일측하단 모서리에 형성된 회전힌지점에는 한 쌍의 회전모터(210a, 210b)와 연결되는 한 쌍의 작동축(211a, 211b)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 한 쌍의 수평 브라켓(112a, 112b)과 한 쌍의 개폐문(200a, 200b)을 힌지결합하기 위해 상기 한 쌍의 작동축(211a, 211b)에 의하여 한 쪽면만이 구동되는 한 쌍의 경첩(114a, 114b)을 형성하고, 상기 용변구(5)의 직하부에는 변기(100)를 승강하는 승강수단(30)을 갖는 것이다.
