The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcing damper of a building structure. The seismic reinforcing damper of a building structure according to the present invention is installed between upper and lower structures while including a shape memory alloy (SMA) rod, wherein a slit damper formed with a plurality of slits in a height direction in a steel sheet and the SMA are used to recover a transformed slit damper by being attached to the slit damper as in a rod shape.
본 발명은 건축구조물의 내진보강을 위한 댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 건축구조물의 내진보강을 위한 댐퍼는 상하부 구조물 사이에 설치하되, 강판에 복수개의 높이 방향의 슬릿이 형성된 슬릿 댐퍼 및 형상기억합금(SMA: Shape Memory Alloy)으로 봉의 형태로 슬릿 댐퍼에 부착되어 슬릿 댐퍼의 변형을 복원시키도록 하는 형상기억합금 봉을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
