A movable rail surface modification apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a mounting frame formed in the horizontal direction at a location higher than that of a rail; an apparatus moving member including at least two wheel means mounted in the mounting frame at a location in which the apparatus moving member can be arranged on the surface of the rail such that the movable rail surface modification apparatus can be moved along the rail; a ultrasonic nanocrystal surface modification (UNSM) means for modifying the surface of the rail by hitting the surface of the rail; and a rail guide frame extended to both sides of the rail from a lower end of the mounting frame and supporting the mounting frame in the rail.
본 발명에 따른 이동형 레일 표면 개질 장치는, 레일의 높이보다 높은 위치에서 수평 방향으로 형성된 장착 프레임, 레일을 따라 이동형 레일 표면 개질 장치를 이동시킬 수 있도록 레일 표면 위에 배치될 수 있는 위치에서 장착 프레임에 장착된 2개 이상의 바퀴 수단을 포함한 장치 이동 부재, 레일의 표면을 타격 하여 레일의 표면을 개질하기 위한 초음파 나노표면개질(UNSM)수단 및 장착 프레임 하단에서 레일 측면 양측으로 연장되어 형성되며 장착 프레임을 레일에 지지하기 위한 레일 가이드 프레임을 포함한다.
