MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MATTE CEILING MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a non-glossy ceiling material for a bathroom and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method comprises: a demolding process of demolding a lower side surface of a cut sheet molding compound (SMC); a non-glossing process of glossing the lower side surface of the SMC by fine particle polishing and performing a sanding work with sand particles after a fine embossing work; and a plating process of plating the lower side surface. The present invention provides the non-glossy ceiling material for a bathroom and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein the non-glossy ceiling material having the lower side surface formed by cutting the SMC, and having a non-glossy effect generated by the sanding work with the sand particles at the lower side surface, thereby being usable as an interior material with an excellent visual effect of a dark but luxurious sense by the non-glossy effect.
본 발명에 따르면, 재단된 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) 하측면 이형공정과; 상기 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound)의 하측면에 미세입자 폴리싱으로 광택작업을 하고, 미세 엠보싱 작업 후 모래가루 샌딩 작업을 하는 무광 공정과; 상기 하측면에 도금 처리하는 도금 공정;을 포함하는 욕실용 무광 천장재와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, SMC를 재단하여 하측면을 형성하고, 하측면에 모래가루 샌딩으로 무광효과를 갖도록 함으로써, 무광효과로 어둡지만 고급스러운 느낌의 시각적 효과가 뛰어난 인테리어재로 활용할 수 있는 욕실용 무광 천장재와 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
