Exposure Type FRP Waterproofing Method and FRP waterproofing structure
The present invention provides a method to construct an exposure type fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) waterproofing layer. According to the present invention, the method to construct the exposure type FRP waterproofing layer comprises: a step (a) of preprocessing the bottom surface of a roof to form a preprocessed bottom surface; a step (b) of disposing a flat FRP plate on the preprocessed bottom surface of the step (a); a step (c) of coupling a fixing bolt on the flat FRP plate and the bottom surface of the roof to fix the flat FRP plate and the bottom surface of the roof; a step (d) of coating a primer on joint and fixing bolt coupling portions between the flat FRP plates; a step (e) of overlapping FRP on the joint and fixing bolt coupling portions with the primer coated thereon to form the lower layer of the waterproofing layer; and a step (f) of forming the upper layer of the waterproofing layer on the upper part of the lower layer of the waterproofing layer of the step (e). Accordingly, provided are advantages of remarkably increasing durability of the waterproofing layer, simplifying a working process, and facilitating maintenance in comparison with a conventional FRP waterproofing layer.
본 발명은 다음의 단계를 포함하는 노출형 섬유강화 플라스틱 방수층 시공방법을 제공한다: (a) 옥상 바닥면을 전처리하여 전처리된 바닥면을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 단계 (a)의 전처리된 바닥면에 섬유강화 플라스틱 평판을 배치하는 단계; (c) 상기 섬유강화 플라스틱 평판과 상기 옥상 바닥면에 고정 볼트를 체결하여 고정하는 단계; (d) 상기 섬유강화 플라스틱 평판 사이 조인트 및 상기 고정 볼트 체결부위에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; (e) 상기 프라이머가 도포된 상기 섬유강화 플라스틱 평판 사이 조인트 및 상기 고정 볼트 체결부위에 섬유강화 플라스틱 오버랩(FRP overlap)을 하여 방수층 하층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 단계 (e)의 방수층 하층 상부에 방수층 상층을 형성하는 단계. 본 발명의 방법으로 시공한 노출형 섬유강화 플라스틱 방수층은 기존의 섬유강화 플라스틱 방수층과 비교하여 방수층의 내구성이 현저하게 증가한 것은 물론, 작업 공정이 매우 간단하고, 유지 보수가 용이한 장점을 제공한다.
