Disclosed are a movable asphalt mixture manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing good asphalt concrete, an asphalt mixture manufactured thereby, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the movable asphalt mixture manufacturing apparatus comprises: a hopper to input materials and aggregates for manufacturing an asphalt mixture therein; a feeding conveyor belt installed on the lower part of the hopper to transfer the materials and the aggregates for manufacturing the asphalt mixture discharged from the hopper; a mixer installed on one side of the feeding conveyor belt to receive the materials and aggregates, which are transferred and loaded on the feeding conveyor belt, for manufacturing the asphalt mixture so as to continuously produce the asphalt concrete, having an inlet formed on one side, having an outlet formed on the other side, and stacked in a height direction to mix and transfer the materials and aggregates for manufacturing the asphalt mixture in a horizontal normal direction, drop the same, and mix and transfer the same in a horizontal reverse direction; a heating unit to supply heat in transfer and reverse directions of the materials and the aggregates for manufacturing the asphalt mixture in order to heat the materials and the aggregates for manufacturing the asphalt mixture supplied to the mixer; and a main trailer having the hopper, the feeding conveyor belt, the mixer, and the heating unit installed thereon, and a moving means installed on both sides thereof to be able to move.
이동형 아스팔트 혼합물 제조장치 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 아스팔트 혼합물 및 그 제조방법, 그리고 이동형 아스팔트 혼합물 제조장치를 이용한 시공방법이 소개된다. 본 발명의 이동형 아스팔트 혼합물 제조장치는, 아스팔트 혼합물 제조를 위한 재료 및 골재가 투입되는 호퍼; 상기 호퍼 하부에 설치되어, 상기 호퍼에서 배출된 상기 아스팔트 혼합물 제조를 위한 재료 및 골재를 이송시키는 공급 컨베이어 벨트; 상기 공급 컨베이어 벨트에 적재되어 이송된 상기 아스팔트 혼합물 제조를 위한 재료 및 골재를 공급받아 연속식으로 아스콘을 생산할 수 있도록, 상기 공급 컨베이어 벨트의 일측에 설치되고, 일측에는 투입구가 형성되고, 타측에는 배출구가 형성되며, 높이 방향으로 적층 설치되어 상기 아스팔트 혼합물 제조를 위한 재료 및 골재를 수평 정 방향으로 혼합 이송하고, 낙하시켜 다시 수평 역 방향으로 혼합 이송하는 복수 개의 스크류 믹서를 포함하는 믹서; 상기 믹서에 공급된 아스팔트 혼합물 제조를 위한 재료 및 골재를 가열할 수 있도록 상기 아스팔트 혼합물 제조를 위한 재료 및 골재의 이송 방향과 역 방향으로 열을 공급하는 가열부; 및 상기 호퍼, 공급 컨베이어 벨트, 믹서 및 가열부가 설치되며, 이동 가능하도록 그 양측에는 이동수단이 설치된 메인 트레일러를 포함한다.
