FERROELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITE MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ferroelectric ceramic composite, wherein the method for manufacturing the ferroelectric ceramic composite according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: mechanically mixing a first ceramic powder and a second ceramic powder (step 1); forming a mixture of the first ceramic powder and the second ceramic powder by spraying the mechanically mixed first ceramic powder and the second ceramic powder (step 2); and heat-treating the mixture to form the ceramic composite including a first ceramic phase and a second ceramic phase (step 3), wherein the first dielectric powder and the second dielectric powder are different ferroelectric powders.
본 발명은 강유전체 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이고, 본 발명의 실시예를 따르는 강유전체 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법은 제1 세라믹 분말 및 제2 세라믹 분말을 기계적으로 혼합하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 기계적으로 혼합된 제1 세라믹 분말 및 제2 세라믹 분말을 분사하여 상기 제1 세라믹 분말 및 제2 세라믹 분말이 혼재된 혼합체를 형성하는 단계(단계 2); 및 상기 혼합체를 열처리하여 상기 제1 세라믹 상 및 제2 세라믹 상을 포함하는 세라믹 복합체를 형성하는 단계(단계 3);를 포함하고, 상기 제1 유전체 분말 및 제2 유전체 분말은 서로 다른 강유전체 분말이다.
