METHOD OF COATING SILICA CRUCIBLES WITH SILICON NITRIDE
Provided is a method for coating a silica crucible inner wall with silicon nitride, which comprises the following steps of: heating silica on the inner wall of a silica crucible in a hydrogen atmosphere and generating silicon and water by a first reduction reaction of the following reaction formula 1; and forming a silicon nitride coating layer by generating silicon nitride while the generated silicon nitride responds to the following reaction formula 2 by performing heat treatment in the hydrogen atmosphere and allowing a silica crucible inner wall to be coated with the silicon nitride. The reaction formula 1 is represented by SiO2+ H2→ Si + H2O. Moreover, the reaction formula 2 is represented by Si + N2→ Si3N4.
실리카 도가니 내벽의 실리카를 수소 분위기에서 가열하여, 하기 반응식 1의 환원 반응에 의해 실리콘과 물을 생성하는 단계; 및 질소 분위기에서 열처리하여 상기 생성된 실리콘과 질소가 하기 반응식 2에 의해 반응하여 질화규소가 생성되면서, 상기 실리카 도가니 내벽이 상기 질화규소로 코팅되어 질화규소 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 실리카 도가니 내벽에 질화규소를 코팅하는 방법을 제공한다. [반응식 1] SiO+ H→ Si + HO [반응식 2] Si + N→ SiN
