When pouring concrete into a concrete apartment house, place a stopper on the fulcrum of the Archimedes lever law on the floor and install the same. On the ceiling, a high-load wheel is mounted on the ceiling of Archimedes lever acting point of an excerpt collection. Install anchor bolts on the ceiling and floor in a new apartment house and install the stopper and a heavy load wheel, which is a safety apparatus, before the concrete is poured.
