A MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CARBON HEATER
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon heater used in a heating device field such as an electric oven. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a carbon heater, including: a carbon composite composition mixing process, an extrusion process, a stabilization heat treatment process; and a carbonization heat treatment process is provided, thereby preventing insulation breakdown, sparks, and plasma in the carbon heater and providing the carbon heater with various mechanical and electrical characteristics.
본 발명은 전기 오븐과 같은 가열장치 분야에서 사용되는 탄소 히터를 제조하기 위한 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 탄소 복합체 조성물을 혼합하는 공정; 압출 공정; 안정화 열처리 공정; 탄화 열처리 공정; 을 포함하는 탄소 히터의 제조 방법을 제공함으로써, 탄소 히터에서의 절연파괴와 스파크 및 플라즈마의 발생을 방지하고 다양한 기계적 및 전기적 특성을 가지는 탄소 히터를 제공할 수 있다.
