The present invention relates to a method for Si-coating of graphite base substrate which can form a high-quality Si-coated layer economically by easy processing by using a simple structure or apparatus and secure a base material. Specifically, the method includes graphite base substrate for coating in an evacuated chamber and heat treatment to a degree of 1,200 to 2,000°C after loading solid silicon.
본 발명은 그라파이트 소재의 모재에 보다 간단한 구조의 장비와 안전한 원료를 사용하여 단순한 공정에 의해 고품질의 실리콘카바이드 코팅층을 경제적으로 형성할 수 있는 실리콘카바이드 코팅 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 진공챔버에 코팅을 위한 그라파이트 모재와, 고체 실리콘을 적재한 후 1,200~2,000℃로 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라파이트 모재의 실리콘카바이드 코팅 방법에 관한 것이다.
